Prospective Member Welcome

I am delighted to learn of your interest in becoming a member of Main Line Reform Temple. We hope the information on this page and throughout the rest of the website will help you learn more about our Congregation’s services, programs, school, activities and staff.  As you will see, we are a very active community that offers many ways for you to become involved and make Jewish living an integral part of your life.

Main Line Reform Temple is an open, welcoming and embracing family. To me, more important than everything we offer - the services, programs, opportunities for learning, youth groups and social action projects - is the community and relationships that we create. I hope that I will be blessed to share with you many simchas in the years to come and look forward to learning with you and from you as we journey together. Please be sure to stop by and introduce yourself to me and the rest of our Temple staff. We will be happy to answer any of your questions.

No one is ever turned away from membership at MLRT because of financial need.  If this is a concern, we are happy to meet with you in complete confidence.

I look forward to formally welcoming you into our Temple family and to many wonderful years together.

With every best wish,
Rabbi David E. Straus
