DIRECTOR, EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
Our Early Childhood Education Center serves children from infancy through pre-kindergarten in a play-based, relationship-centered environment grounded in Reform Jewish values, curiosity, creativity, and a deep sense of community.
We are seeking a warm, visionary, and experienced Early Childhood Education Director to lead this beloved program — someone who will inspire our educators, nurture our youngest families, and help weave early childhood into the fabric of synagogue life.
Our Star 2 Keystone Star program has approximately 150 students and 40 staff members. We run ECE classes from early September through mid-June and an 8-week summer camp program.

DIRECTOR, MARKETING 

The Marketing Director serves as the strategic leader of all marketing, branding, communications, and public relations efforts for Main Line Reform Temple. Reporting directly to our Executive Director, this position will oversee our marketing department and work closely with our engagement and programming professionals. This role is responsible not only for communicating what happens at MLRT, but for helping define how the Temple is perceived both within and beyond our congregation.

The ideal candidate will develop long-term marketing strategies that unify the Temple’s many programs, schools, and initiatives under one cohesive brand; increase community engagement; attract new audiences; strengthen relationships with local media and community partners; and help tell the story of MLRT in compelling and meaningful ways.

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Main Line Reform Temple (MLRT) is seeking a warm, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our synagogue community. As the first point of contact for members, families, visitors, vendors, and staff, this individual plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office.

In addition to providing exceptional hospitality, this position plays an important role in maintaining the safety and security of our community by carefully managing visitor access and following established building security procedures.

Working closely with our administrative team, the Front Desk Assistant supports the synagogue, religious school, and Early Childhood Education program while helping foster a warm and welcoming community for people of all ages.

RELIGIOUS SCHOOL TEACHERS FOR 2026-27

Calling Jewish Educators – Grades K-6! Do you have a passion for teaching? Are you energized by the prospect of working collaboratively with other inspired and inspiring Jewish educators? Main Line Reform Temple, a Reform congregation in Wynnewood, is hiring creative Judaic Studies and Hebrew teachers for our Religious School.

Our Religious School is an innovative and progressive, hands-on program designed to develop positive, Jewish identities and build core Jewish competencies for our students and families.

Our Educators are:

– Interested in exploring non-traditional approaches to education

Responsibilities:
– Plan and facilitate classroom learning based on Jewish values, Holidays, Torah stories, and community building (K-6th grade)
– Attend monthly (paid) faculty meetings and professional development sessions
– Model an ongoing commitment to personal Jewish exploration
– Creatively teach beginning Hebrew and prayer book Hebrew learning (3rd-6th grade)

Qualifications:
– Experience in program and/or curriculum planning in either school or camp settings
– Some knowledge of modern and prayer book Hebrew (3rd-6th grade)
– Strong Jewish background and knowledge of Jewish tradition, practice, and culture
– Leadership experience in camp or educational settings preferred

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience

School Schedule:
Sundays 8:30am-12:15pm
