Our Sunday musical program, Life is a Cabaret, was a runaway success! Cantor Rudnick reports guests were asking about the next one before the reception was even over. The sanctuary was packed!
MLRT Music Director Dr. Ari Sussman dreamed up this program and accompanied the MLRT Choir and dazzling soloists and clergy through a rousing collection of Broadway’s best songs. The finale included audience participation in “Seasons of Love” from the musical Rent.
“Thank you to our performers, the choir, and soloists for your diligence and hard work, and for your incredible music making,” says Cantor Rudnick. “The spirit and energy in the room was palpable.”
Thanks also go to Dr. Ari Sussman, the committee who worked for months to make the details come together, event volunteers, and all the other folks and attendees who made this event a success.
